1. The Surf Agreement
By accessing JuiceWaveCo.com and booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our mission is to help you “Ride the Wave with Confidence” through expert coaching and community immersion.
2. Surf Coaching & Safety
Surfing is an adventurous physical activity. While our certified instructors prioritise a safety-first approach, all participants must acknowledge the inherent risks of the ocean. By booking a lesson, you confirm that you are in good physical health and possess basic swimming abilities.
3. Berriez – Premium Personalized Coaching
Our “Berriez” premium programs are designed to accelerate skill development. These sessions require a high level of commitment. JuiceWaveCo reserves the right to modify coaching locations based on tide, weather, and swell conditions to ensure the most potent and safe learning environment.
4. Cancellations & Weather Policy
The ocean is unpredictable. If JuiceWaveCo deems conditions unsafe, lessons may be rescheduled. Participant cancellations made within 48 hours of the lesson may incur a fee. We strive to ensure every surfer gets the ultimate experience on the water.
5. Equipment Use
Participants are responsible for the gear provided during lessons. Any intentional damage to boards or wetsuits may result in replacement fees. We provide high-quality equipment to ensure your performance is radiant and secure.
